What is an agentic workflow?
An agentic workflow organizes AI tasks around an outcome. Each step needs instructions, context, an expected output and a rule for handing work to the next step. Human review is especially useful when an output affects a consequential decision.
Build a workflow in AgentSWAT
Define a project outcome and success criteria. Select job roles, choose each role’s method and effort, and arrange task dependencies. Preview with sample outputs before connecting a model. Review the results against the project criteria.
Choose effort deliberately
Use a lighter setting for bounded summaries and formatting. Allocate more effort to comparing alternatives, finding conflicting requirements and reviewing assumptions. Higher effort is a configuration choice, not a guarantee of correctness.
